It does have a breast collar but unfortunately no front cinch. It is traditional in size and is pictured on a Stone ISH.  Please note:  Nora is unable to be with us which she just found out at the last minute.  She is still donating the saddle but there was no time to ship it to me.  I will provide her with the winner's name and address and she will ship the saddle to the winner next week.
