Bluegrass Live Original Finish Model Horse Show is a non-profit model horse show in Nicholasville, KY for all Original Finish Model Horses which will benefit Old Friends in Georgetown, KY. Old Friends is a retirement facility for retired Thoroughbreds. Many of our favorite Thoroughbreds now call Old Friends home. What better way can we honor our "old friends" than a donation from a model horse show?

Due to being held at the Jessamine County Public Library, there is no show entry fee but there is a $40.00 donation fee which will help to offset the cost of the ribbons and food for the day. Judges do not need to submit this fee. Any money remaining after these purchasees will be donated to Old Friends. I please ask that you consider donating a raffle item or an additional amount of your choice to help these beautiful animals who gave us so much pleasure watching them turn for home on the track and give it their all to get to the finish line first.

ENTRY:

Entry will be on a first come first serve basis.

Entry form can be emailed or snail mailed. If using snail mail, please email me to let me know your entry is on the way.

Cover Charge (since I can't charge an entry fee!) for the show is $40.00 (with the exception of judges) and will get you one 6 foot table and food and drinks throughout the day. Please consider donating to help Old Friends. Cover Charge and Donations can be made via PayPal to brenda_g1959@yahoo.com and please use the friends and family option to avoid PayPal fees.

There is a maximum of 35-40 entrants due to the size of the room. After we have reached the limit, there will be a waitlist and will go in order of who joined the waitlist first.

Entries for the show will open on Monday, March 25, 2024 at 7:00 pm EST.
